Visa EB-5

There are two types of EB-5 Investments:  a direct investment into a specific business where the investor is only allowed to utilize direct jobs to qualify for residency and an investment into a federally- designated Regional Center, where indirect jobs can be utilized to prove job creation by the investment.

A Regional Center is a designation granted to an entity that has satisfied the requirements of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.  This rigorous application process outlines the Regional Center’s entire business plan and the job creation methodology.  Regional Centersare allowed to utilize both direct and indirect job creation to support the investor’s requirement for the creation of a minimum of ten jobs in the United States.  Simply stated, a Regional Center is a more powerful tool than a direct investment for an EB-5 applicant to prove job creation. Investing through our federally-designated Regional Center offers the immigrant investor the most expeditious means for obtaining a permanent visa.
